Finkbeiner, Board chairman of the Little Rock Packing Company, of Little Rock, Pulaski County, with a James Cobler of Hot Springs, Garland County, at the United States Post Office for the Boy's Ranch in Tascosa, Oldham County, Texas. Finkbeiner took Cobler to the ranch in his private plane.
